Regulatory Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering Regulatory and Compliance projects within the banking or financial services sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex regulatory and compliance initiatives, working across business, technology, risk, compliance and operations to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of regulatory and compliance projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, dependencies and governance documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and external stakeholders.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear project deliverables, timelines and implementation plans.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
• Facilitate project steering committees, working groups and governance forums.
• Provide regular project reporting and status updates to senior management and executives.
• Manage project resources, vendors and third-party stakeholders where applicable.
• Drive remediation initiatives resulting from regulatory findings, audits, risk assessments or compliance requirements.
• Ensure appropriate testing, implementation, documentation and operational handover.
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and dependencies.
