We’re looking for experienced Product Engineers who combine strong software engineering capability with product thinking and modern AI-assisted development practices.
Duties:
- Build and ship scalable production software across multiple technology stacks
- Contribute across the full stack, from frontend to cloud infrastructure
- Design and optimise AI-assisted engineering workflows using tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to take products from concept to market
- Architect cloud-native systems with real production workloads
- Drive high engineering standards, scalability, and quality
Experience:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep technical execution and architecture expertise
- Designs and optimises multi-agent engineering workflows
- Proven experience building and shipping production software
- 7+ years’ experience with technical leadership in product teams
- Strong product ownership and team influence
- Defines engineering standards, guardrails, and quality gates
- Strong engineering judgement beyond a single language or framework
- Experience across at least 2–3 meaningfully different technology stacks.
- Experience with AI-assisted / agentic engineering workflows
- Product development experience in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working across multiple technology stacks
Cloud platform experience with:
- Amazon Web Services
- Google Cloud Platform
- Microsoft Azure
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience across multiple technology stacks
- Proven experience delivering production-grade software solutions
