We’re Hiring: Product Designer (UI/UX)
Are you passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences that solve complex business challenges? We’re looking for an Intermediate Product Designer to help shape an innovative, data-driven platform from its early stages into a scalable commercial product.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive user journeys for complex, data-rich platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate feedback into product improvements
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to scalable design systems and modern UX practices
- Influence product direction in an agile, fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 5+ years’ experience in UI/UX or Product Design
✔️ Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
✔️ Experience designing enterprise or data-heavy applications
✔️ Advanced Figma (or similar design tool) skills
✔️ Experience working in Agile environments
✔️ Ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
- Sustainability or ESG experience
- Fintech or regulated industry exposure
- Startup or venture environment experience
- Experience with B2B platforms, analytics, or reporting solutions
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
