Seeking a Business Analyst with Risk and Credit experience who can bridge the gap between business and technology, perform end-to-end process analysis, and drive business process improvements within a banking environment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Credit Risk, Lending, Risk Enablement, Credit Operations, and Business Process Analysis, combined with the ability to work closely with stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience within Risk and Credit environments.
- Banking or Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mathematically inclined and comfortable working with data.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to challenge business requirements.
- Experience conducting impact assessments and gap analysis.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.

- Perform end-to-end process analysis and dependency mapping.

- Collaborate with Technical Architects and Developers.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
