We are currently seeking a QA resource to fill an open position.
5 to 8 Years Experience.
Employee Benefits and FIS Compass policy administration system a must have.
Please see the scope: The QA Associate(s) will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and analyzing business requirements.
- Designing detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Coordinating reviews and obtaining sign-off from Business Analysts (BAs) and business stakeholders.
- Executing test cycles, documenting results, and raising defects in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Preparing QA reports and presenting findings to project stakeholders.
- Driving end-to-end functional testing across employee benefits, retirement, and risk domains.
- Hosting demo sessions and conducting business user education workshops.
- Documenting functional processes for future reference.
- Raising risks and issues promptly with clear mitigation recommendations.
Skills & Competency Requirements
- knowledge of Employee Benefits,in the South African retirement fund environment.
- Hands-on experience with FIS Compass policy administration system.
- Exposure to large-scale system migrations and digital transformation programs.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong stakeholder management, with ability to conduct workshops, demos, and training.
- Adaptability to Liberty’s organizational culture and way of work.
- Proactive problem-solving and issue escalation.
