JMR Software is looking for 3 experienced Senior Business Analysts for a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.
We are looking for technically strong Business Analysts who can analyse complex business processes, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and work closely with stakeholders, development teams and QA throughout the SDLC.
Minimum requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Informatics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a similar field.
- 9+ years of Business Analyst experience, including at least 3 years as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in requirements elicitation, functional analysis, documentation and requirements traceability.
- Practical experience with BPMN and UML modelling standards.
- Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance and solution verification.
- Experience analysing complex enterprise systems, business rules, data flows and XML message-based interfaces.
- Ability to work independently and become productive within a short period.
