(At least 7 to 15 Years General Functional Architecture Experience!)
Responsibilities of the Required Individual:
- Understand business processes with associated requirements and convert business requirements into functional requirements and design specifications
- Serve as the functional and technical specialist and subject matter expert for CRM
- Providing advice and guidance to scope and blueprint the to-be design and develop the to-be architecture landscape to accommodate CRM’s business requirements.
- Perform impact analyses of business requirements on the system and analyse how the application will support business requirements
- Develop a user interface strategy
- Work with technical architects and develop software and hardware requirements
- Execute test planning and perform code review
- Gather Business Requirements from CRM
- Analyse improvement opportunities
- Track the accomplishment of delivery metrics, service level agreements and other contractual obligations within areas of responsibility
- Understand interfacing system applications and resolve issues with those applications if/when issues occur.
- Solid research, analysis and problem-solving skills

- Solid presentation skills on presenting information;
- Excellent written and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, quickly changing and sometimes unstructured environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Solid ability to plan, analyse and define high- level software strategies and solutions;
- Solid ability to define technical requirements and long range plans for meeting customer requirements;
- Solid functional knowledge of an application, a defined set of applications or a portfolio of related applications;
- Solid knowledge of the full life cycle implementation of solutions
- Solid knowledge of assessments for consideration of product implementation upgrades and audits.
